I am a Director of Software Development and a Principal at Envivent - the company that I co-founded in 2012.Envivent is an agile interactive development shop in the healthcare industry.We partner with healthcare agencies, pharma, and medical device companies for web, app, and Veeva development. When our client gets a new product approved by the FDA, their agency uses several tactics to promote it. It includes branded and disease-specific websites, digital sales aids and apps, email blasts, banner campaigns, licensing databases, trade show digital booths, etc. We build it all.Our agility allows us to develop much faster and less expensive than the larger agencies or in-house teams of big pharma companies.I’ve always enjoyed planning and execution. My favorite part of work is tough projects with insane timelines and vague scopes (which is quite common in our industry). I am really good at putting all the pieces of the puzzle together - timeline, scope and actual resources - and turning seemingly impossible requests into manageable projects.I also love optimizing and automating as much as I can. Able to see a big picture before jumping to a given task.
