Impact's Founder has consulted for over one hundred companies across industries, including Microsoft, Nike, Coca-Cola, Qualco, Unilever, Media Saturn, Abbvie, Mytilineos, Technomar NN and more. In 2007 he founded the Diploma in Executive Coaching and Organisational Development (AADCT). The course was globally the first to be Accredited by the Association for Coaching and run for sixteen consecutive years. In 2017, he published, Coaching for Impact through Routledge. The book served as a point of reference for trainee and seasoned coaches alike.From 1995 to 1997 he served the Hellenic Medial Coprs as a Psychologist, from 1998 to 2001 he worked as a Pscychotherapist for the British NHS and from 2001 to 2006 he served as Director of CAP Associates, London. More recently he was appointed Associate Director and Course Director for Naos Institute (2011-2016).He is a visiting tutor, key note speaker and external examiner for several training organisations across Europe, a frequent guest writer for professional publications and Accreditation Assessor for the Association for Coaching.Vassilis is also a published Song Writer, a Martial Arts Instructor, a free diver, former motorsport driver and an avid world traveller. He is currently working on his second publication and preparing the ground breaking sequel to the Diploma, both to be released in 2025. His Vision is to enable Conductors to determine their Trajectory by maximising their Privilege of Choice.
