With over 20 years’ experience in Senior IT Project and Programme Management, I bring to any organisation a dedicated and conscientious work ethic. My experience covers a wide spectrum of business types from Government, Defence, Banking and Insurance through to Aviation Security, Law and Retail. I have managed both matrixed and local teams of up to 50 technical resources, 3rd parties, and teams of Project Managers on large Projects and Programmes from RFI/RFP through to Implementation, Warranty and handover to BAU support.
