In my role as Founder of Topp, I had the opportunity to steer the company's direction, emphasizing the integration of emerging human behaviors, advanced technology, and evolving business needs. My leadership contributed to shaping the company's vision and fostering its growth, which included assembling a team of exceptional designers and engaging with a variety of top-tier global clients. Together, we crafted bespoke solutions that made a significant impact.I maintained a dual focus throughout: hands-on involvement in design work and the development of a robust design studio, grounded in fundamental principles, industry best practices, and cutting-edge tools.Among our key achievements were the expansion of our team to 32 top-tier professionals and the establishment of studios in Malmö, Stockholm, and San Francisco. Our journey reached a crescendo in 2023 with Topp's acquisition by Manyone, a recognition of our team's unwavering dedication and pursuit of excellence.

Played a foundational role in shaping the future of UX design education by creating the initial curriculum for Hyper Island's UX Designer Program. My involvement extended beyond curriculum development; I was an active member of the steering committee for the first two years, providing strategic guidance and insights to ensure the program's relevance and effectiveness in the ever-evolving field of user experience design.

As the UX Lead for the Video Chat, Phone, and Contact applications, I played a pivotal role in driving user experience strategy and design execution. My responsibilities included overseeing the UX design process, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user interface across these key communication platforms.In addition to my leadership role, I was an integral part of the team that developed the initial design system, laying the foundation for a cohesive and scalable user interface framework. This system has been instrumental in standardizing design practices and enhancing user experience across our product suite.Furthermore, I actively contributed to the ideation and development of various future concepts, pushing the boundaries of innovation in user experience design and helping set the direction for future product development.

As a Visual Designer at TAT, I had the unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects including the design for the Disney Smartphone and the custom Telefonica Smartphone. My role involved crafting the visual aesthetics and user interfaces, ensuring that each design met the specific brand requirements and user expectations of these iconic brands.In addition to these projects, I spearheaded the creation of 'Animated Live Wallpapers,' a dynamic and engaging series of designs that were successfully sold on the Google App Store.
