Working as a Senior Project Manager for a MS Dynamics CRM Online 2016 (Cloud) implementation to improve the B-to-B service, marketing and sales processes of the marketing and pension administration department of APG. Leading a agile / scrum team (15 FTE) with a focus on high quality, fast delivery and fixed costs.
