-Leading the development of the first ever Long Term Development Plan (10years/$250M budget) for the National Army of Republic of Moldova.-Communicating progress and roadblocks with stakeholders (government, NGO's &partner states), in order to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.-Responsible for monitoring and controlling financial estimates and execution of the longterm plan implementation ($30 M acquisitions in 5 years)-Planning and supporting over 12 Projects and Programs for MoD of Republic of Moldovawith NATO($65 M in 10 years).

-Developed new channels of attracting customers. Conversion of cold leads increased by27%. ROI from cold leads closed: 800%, while beating industry in retention of clients-Managed all the key negotiations and decisions for this region, while identifying gaps inthe sales funnel, which resulted in clients like: World Bank, Apination and KPMG.

-Hired a team of 30 SDR's, in order to increase lead generation by 900%.-Managed a team of 10, while delivering a conversion rate of 23%,which exceededexpectation by 40%, with average deal sizes in the range of $20K-200K.-Supported the evaluation of new features and products, and provided critical feedbackto marketing and sales, which allowed to onboard companies like: IKEA,TYSON, EXXON.
