- Head of the recruiting team, managing 3 people- Leading recruiting and selection projects actively involving the hiring manager,interviewers and external evaluators- Monitoring recruiting KPI (time to hire, time to fill, budget)- Challenge, improve, and redesign the recruiting process to create the bestcandidate experience- Implementation of new Assessment methodologies for both junior and senior profile(scouting and implementing new tools)- New database and ATS enrollment. Revamp the career site, locally and thenregionally- Monitoring of all the new headcounts requests and related approvals with financedept and HR Controller- HR Business Partner for some internal departments, and managing situations of lowperformance, maternity or long-term illness, dismissal, etc- Work closely with Department heads to define their hiring needs and strategy, act asan advisor for all the employee's issues. Work closely with the internal HR center ofexcellence in deploying the new processes- Define and implement a new EU Employer Branding strategy- Work with T&D Manager to redefine the Performance management plan andredesign and align all the procedures with the recruiting strategy- Work closely with the Global HR team (US) to revamp different processes and procedures:D&I, alignment of global HR strategy, performance, communication, etc- Continuously work with the whole HR team to understand what could beameliorated
