I support HR administration activies in Krause Group entities. Reporting to Senior HR BP my main activities are:-Drafting of all basic employees personnel forms, labor contracts, probation period, smart working;-Reporting and control of personnel contracts due dates;-Support in new hire onboarding procedure and preparation of welcome kit;-Actively supported the implementation of a new HRIS system in the Company following the instructions coming from headquarter in America.-Creation of Excel reporting files including personnel data and holydays and day off accruals.My activities are related mainly to Parma Calcio 1913 business unit and occasionally to Wineries and Hotel Group’s companies as needed.

During my university career, in order to support the related expenses, I worked as Receptionist. In this role I mainly carried out front-office activities, work and personnel management, data entry.
