I committed to the establishment of the Italian subsidiary of Rödl International GmbH Wirschaftsprüfgunsgesellschaft and leaded it as Managing Director from 2014 to 2017. I successfully transferred my personal auditing assignments to the company, I have consolidated 1 million euro in revenues and made up a team of 12 professionals and audit assistants. After 3 years the company was able to distribute profits for 300 TEUR.

An incredibly formative period in the pilot plant for the production of the new diesel common rail system, based in Southern Italy. In a German speaking environment I experienced the fast growth from 50 to 900 employees (white and blue collars) in two years and I have been able to perform many activities: execution of internal controls on supplier invoices and continuos development of passive cycle, analysis of personnel costs and budgets (CCNL national collective bargaining agreement for the mechanical sector), introduction of performance bonus, control and reporting of investments in fixed assets and capitalization of internally constructed assets, inventories of stock, preparation of the monthly report according to German gaap and coordination of the budget system for cost centers.
