I help my clients to find an effective relationship with themselves and to achieve their personal and relational goals. The starting point is that the clients already have all the resources, at least potentially, to find the solution to their problems or achieve their goals. Together with the clients, respecting their free will, I work so that they can REALIZE THEMSELVES AND THEIR UNIQUENESS! I also organize events related to the psychological and holistic field. In particular related to female psychology, relationships, gender psychology and psycho-body well-being. I periodically conduct Biodanza groups. I like to organize special events, that can involve people who are not necessarily experts on psychological or holistic topics, such as meditation in nature, forest therapy and ecopsychology. I have my personal blog and collaborate with some on line psychology magazines such as Psiche.org, Naturagiusta, Fisicaquantistica, MoPI. I have created several videos on psychology topics. I can use Canva, the World package, and Social Media to promote my activities and content.
