Recruited for the kick-off of the BPM area in Accenture Argentina: • Definition of the structure and objectives of the team. • Design of the presentation deck of the area (internal and to clients). • Onboarding of the new team members.Specialization in Celonis: Process Mining software. • 7 official certifications and more than 40 hours of training. • Guidance and presentation of demos to potential clients. • Implementation for clients.

• Responsible for the Business Integration area at LATAM level.• Ad hoc presentations with business insights for the VP of Vertiv LATAM.• Project Manager of process improvement initiatives. Scope: 3 sectors (Sales, Engineering and Administration), 7 countries and around 100 colleagues*.• Interface between the Sales team and IT.• Data management: . ETL of commercial information (sales forecast, order entry, backlog, billing, among others). . Definition, monitoring and analysis of KPIs of the area. . Design, implementation and continuous improvement of Power BI online dashboards. Detailed versions used in the daily work of the sectors and others in executive format to support manager´s decision making. *𝐒𝐔𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐄: 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲'𝐬 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬Scope of the process: order entry (Sales), technical verification (Engineering) and registration in the management software (Administration).It consisted on:• Interviews with key users to review the process with its regional particularities (7 countries).• Define and agree between the parties a standardized action.• Replace the email chains between the 3 sectors with a sequence in Power Automate that would leave a record of each step.• Present this record in an online Power BI dashboard so that everyone involved gains visibility about the process (new income, status of each order, processing speed, pending cases).• Provide specific training for each of the sectors involved and assist them during the change period (100 people).• After obtaining a quick solution in the short term, we worked together with the IT sector to include this part of the process in a more robust SAP module.

• Generation and issue of periodic reports on business performance and ad hoc presentations for the Sales and Planning Director.• Responsible for compilation, consolidation, verification, alignment and timely presentation of sales forecast of all business units to the entire company• Support to more than 40 sales executives with daily management: ad hoc analysis of their clients, review of billing claims, and inquiries about the web portal, among others. • Representative of the Sales area in projects to improve the customer service web portal and SAP modules for internal use.• Referent of the Sales area before Planning and Marketing, improving the processes that involve both areas.• Improvement of the process of recognition of commercial bonuses.• Freight billing analysis, monthly tuning the collection structure and shipping rates to each region.• Implementation and monitoring of price agreements for different clients.• Referent of the Sales area for the recertification of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard, working in collaboration with the Quality area.

Industrial engineering final project: Improvement Project in a Sanatorium of the city.-Identification and analysis of the processes and the initial situation of the pharmacy.-Evaluation of compliance with the standards for Quality in Health Establishments.-Solution proposal for identified noncompliance.-Creation of a dashboard enabling evaluation and tracking of key processes.
