I started my career as product designer, then I moved to intangible aspects of a product and I decided to study service design (PSSD) at Potitecnico of Milan. I started my master degree while working as a UX designer and it was very useful to combine work and study at the same time. I found in service design and in design thinking the way to push myself through the next step, a bit like the "knowledge funnel”, acting like a design thinker. I like to create value and growth by challenging the traditional thinking and rethinking in an intuitive way instead that just in the analytical one. The ecosystem in which I’m working allows me to collaborate with different profiles and I always try to create an environment of open and honest communications among the people working together for the same reason.MY APPROACH: Apply design thinking and UCD to bring human and intuitive vision to companies, organizing workshops and co-design sessions.Apply the problem setting before the problem solving to find common insights and then solutions with clients for their products and services.MY WORK:I help the business actors to reach their goals by using the Design Thinking approach and guiding decision made on data, qualitative and quantitative ones. I enjoy to move and change place, if it’s required to understand your user and reach the best quality. I like to know the people that I work for and I like to work with them. MY SKILLS:Create Personas, customer jouneys, blueprint, system map, interaction storyboard, network map, roadmap of digital customer experience starting from user research based on ethnographical approach, interviews and prototyping experiences.Find useful insights collaborating with the digital strategy team to create new features and track the impact on functionality across digital experience of a service. Prototyping digital experience using WF and working with UI, Content, Strategy and Development teams to achieve goals and to optimize the navigation of the prototype.
