Customer Experience Manager
Current- Responsible for CX, Customer Journey and CRM strategy/execution- Cross-channel contact plan management- Websites platform & content management - Customer data insights and KPIs monitoring to support business target achievement- CRM analysis to monitor cluster behavior, new leads acquisition, loyalty and churn rate- Customer satisfaction (survey, GMB reviews, interviews) and showroom experience (mystery)- New activities/features to be implemented for exceeding customer expectations- Coordination of the Porsche@CityLife store in Milano where customers deal with brand values- Team coordination for customer commitment / contact center
