Professional Restoration was a brand new company which required an administrative expert to create a system for their business to run efficiently. I organized the files, managed the clients, created a basic HR system, furnished the office, and aided them in creating brochures, business cards, and trade show displays. I was also in charge of invoicing and billing.

As a spa manager there was an expectation of employee relations as well as reaching sales goals set by corporate. On a daily basis I was responsible for maximizing appointments and services while keeping the spa clean and chic. I was the hiring manager for the spa, in charge of recruiting and managing schedules and payroll.

I was a 24/7 on call photojournalist for AOL's online news initiative, Patch.com. I photographed citizens making a difference all the way to celebrities making appearances. I was to put concise, descriptive captions and briefly interview the subject of my photos. I managed two separate blogs featuring my photos, and I attended many events in the New Jersey area. As a photojournalist, I was not only responsible for being in the right place at the right time, but also being creative with my framing and technically accurate with color and exposure. Photos are due on a deadline, which taught me to work under pressure and with little editing.
