CurrentI work as User Experience Lead to offer the best gaming experience and as a Lead I'm accountable for motivate, inspire and guide each UX/UI designer in Whatwapp to design the best products for our users. Key responsibilities/activities:- Designers growth: I provide support, coaching, training and career direction to designers who match the company's needs.- UX/UI design process: I supervise the UX/UI designers throughout the entire creative process of a feature, in order to help them deliver the best product for our users. I evangelize UX/UI best solutions and practices by creating and managing processes to maximize efficiency.- Cross product alignment: When it comes to UX/UI designers, I ensure an effective communication across different teams and departments by creating and managing organizational processes. I create various points of contacts among all UX/UI designers (e.g workshops for UX/UI designers, design meetings with a coaching mindset, and so on)- Vision: I foster a vision of building the best possible products for our users with a "think outside the box" approach.
