While I was working here the company grew from 20 to 40 employees and doubled revenue. When the project started, it was a WordPress site where 5 people from Latvia wrote 1-2 articles a day. Under my leadership were developed an entirely new brand and a promotion strategy. During the year its own platform was written, the editorial office was completely built. When I left the company the portal already had its modern look: 8-10 articles were published daily, which were written by authors all around the world, 8-10 people worked on each article and articles began to get into Google News, which is an indicator of editorial office speed and quality. We received expert comments on all articles. A bonus system appeared on the portal and every week all participants in the work on each article were paid bonuses based on the success of the material.
