On the outside she had everything - a beautiful home, healthy children, wonderful marriage. Yet, inside she was spiritually adrift and felt a void. After years of drifting in and out of yoga classes,an illness spurred her to take her first yoga teacher training. Within the practice and the ancient philosophy she discovered yoga not only helped her physically but also opened her heart to what she had been seeking all along. An avid learner, she deepened her practice and progressed her study to the full 500hr YogaFlow Body and Mind Teacher Training program. Recognized as a nurturing and attentive teacher, Antonette's classes are non-intimidating yet challenging. She is also a teacher trainer and worked to develop the Chakra Flow Yoga School 200 hr Teacher Training Program.In addition to her yoga education, Antonette has passed courses in Myofascial Release Training, Anatomy, and Chinese Medicine. She is also a certified Level III Reiki healer. She encompasses all her knowledge and experience into her Bioenergetic Yoga Therapy sessions.She believes that through the practice of yoga you can literally change your life!
