In her current role as Communication and Public Speaking Consultant and Advisor, she works with companies and individuals to put their voice first. Problems with employee retention, Departmental or company wide performance lag or decline, Managerial leadership gaps, Work culture dissonance, then she is your go to for communication gap assessments, recommendations and implementation. She also does targeted Communication Crisis workshops and offers subscription based public speaking strategy workshops and sessions for individuals and employee groups. She does short and longterm communication/public speaking strategy consulting and works hard to help you find your voice as a team, as a manager, as a company. Antonevia's life mission has always been in helping people find their voice. Even in her role as Director of MA’s Playhouse, she spearheads the holistic re-imagining of theater and film engagement, as she continues to drive intercultural understanding through generating conversations around identity, education, immigration and storytelling in the Caribbean, its diaspora and its context in the wider black experience.Antonevia is a strong advocate for finding your voice and purpose in the world and encourages her clients to live fuller more rewarding lives. Antonevia holds a Master’s in Fine Arts and BA in International Cultural Studies with concentrations in International Business and Western European Studies. She is also a writer and a poet and has a working knowledge of French, Spanish, Japanese and Czech.
