Kimaldi Electronics is a distributor of card printers and identification systems from different manufacturers, as well as manufacturer of its own brand of products. My role is to lead the design of Kimaldi-branded products. The objective is to provide our customers, typically software designers, with the hardware and middleware that allows them to develop the application they need, with the minor effort in understanding personal identification technologies (we try to embed as much as possible of the know-how in our products).We are covering personal identification technologies (mainly but not restricted to: RFID and fingerprint biometrics), which link to the Host PC via IP (TCP or UDP), CAN bus or wireless.
