I am an experienced and passionate medical professional with a plethora of experience working with and leading multidisciplinary teams, consistently developing and empowering them through education and training. I have spent many years moving through various clinical environments, consistently developing patient advancement and Good clinical practice techniques. I am currently a Locum Consultant Radiation Oncologist, constantly engaging with my patients, researching ways in which their treatment could be made more comfortable, and what we, as medical professionals can do to assist in that. I am an advocate for new breakthrough medications and consistently engage with pharmaceutical representatives to gain a complete understanding of what is coming, and give my professional input.I have vast experience in cross-functional training with clinical teams, ensuring clinical strategy is replicated into the development of projects. I use my developed communication skills to talk to patients, clinical and non-clinical colleagues equally, which I feel allows both staff and patients to feel relaxed with me, and know that I am here to do my best by them.I have had the honour of presenting at multiple conferences giving evidence to the excellent global affairs support offered, alongside the development needed for local, national, and international regulatory bodies.
