In this position, I manage inventory counts, optimize processes, and work closely with our team to ensure accuracy and efficiency across varies Walmart locations.

When I worked for the United States Army, I learned various professional skills, like the ability to work independently and collaboratively, to be more courageous when communicating with staff members from different departments, and a willing to learn and improve. Along with learning more about the US Army's missions and value, I also learned more about supply chain management at the US Army and the contractor-government relationship. This experience has taught me to think beyond the pages of a supply chain textbook, which increased my interest in a future job in supply chain management.

Multitasking was the most significant ability I picked up at Randalls. I was given a variety of duties and gained knowledge of and experience with the front end, learning everything from handling customers' transactions to understanding and knowing their concerns.

I learned the value of a smile from WSS. The priority is the customer. It was my duty to assist in determining customer needs, see to it that the shoe inventory was stored on the shelves, and maintain the store's attractiveness to customers. I took delight in always smiling as I greeted each customer in hopes that they would return and make another purchase from us.
