After five years in the managing partner role at BPE I have recently stepped down (to free up more time to support my "neuro-divergent" family!). However, prior to that I held various leadership roles ultimately heading up the whole Property Services offer until 2019. Today, I continue to advise both regional and national clients in acquisitions/disposals/portfolio management but also on property joint venture arrangements and development opportunities involving promotion and option agreements. I have acted for a number of household names during my career, including Superdry for almost two decades assisting in their hugely successful IPO and also Pure Gym (and helped lead that team) for over a decade. Other experience includes acting for the likes of Blooms of Bressingham, Wyevale, Golden Tulip, Tiger, Soho Coffee, The Lucky Onion, which has given me a wealth of expertise in providing optimum advice and service during the evolution of any business with property assets.In the background I continue to lead, support and mentor our fantastic group of lawyers and business support team.Our core beliefs in innovation, entrepreneurial-ism and commercial focus remain an essential part of the BPE’s culture and who I am. I am proud we have less hierarchy and give our people greater autonomy than other firms, even as new recruits, and we actively encourage them to find better ways of doing things.
