• Four contracts on different AIDA ships with a period of up to four months each • Occupation ranged from daycare for children and teenagers to entertainment coordination for the entertainment program onboard of the ships• Constant interaction with guests and active advertisement for AIDA's products and the offers onboard• Independently organizing and carrying out the demanding daily program• Presence, openness, and charm were required to create the perfect holiday feeling for the guests
