- Supported day-to-day management for CG animated shows WONDER PARK and MIDDLE SCHOOL MOGULS including evaluating and giving notes on pitches, scripts, storyboards, rough cuts, casting, music and assets. - Enforced and negotiated Standards and Practices notes for 2 shows and 2 podcasts.- Supervised creative direction of studio sizzle reels, the Nick Animation website, podcasts and art installations with cross-functional studio partners. - Co-led and launched speaker series, "Nick Talks," (8 studio events) for over 100 employees each event. - Managed, mentored and delegated daily assignments to department interns and assistants.
