Fascinated by the world of work, especially the relationship between strategy and organisation, I’ve been driven to help organisations and individuals constructively work through challenges, elevating their businesses, leadership, employees, and lives. My experience working 18 years for Mars as a Director to achieve culture change and performance growth, creating my consulting company and running it successfully for 15+ years, and seeing the success of members in my Vistage group for the last three years has enabled me to recognize the value in spending time on the here-and-now, as well as on the horizon. As a Vistage Chair, I bring together a high calibre group of CEOs, MDs, and business owners working together with ambition, purpose, creativity, and accountability to ensure they are successful in every aspect of their life. Through monthly group meetings, one-to-one coaching, and speaker sessions from world-class thought leaders, my members have the resources and support to achieve sustainable growth and development. Outside of coaching and mentoring leaders, I serve as Trustee of the YMCA Trinity Group and Chair and Trustee of a Building Preservation Trust.
