I am a senior qualitative researcher, analyst, strategist, human-centred designer and foresight practitioner. I surface insights, build pictures of opportunity, craft strategies and design experiences that maximise potential and possibility for and with people and planet.Over the past 15 years, I’ve led strategic and operational projects in the public and private sectors to address social, business, policy and organisational issues. Across diverse industries, these spanned:• Behaviour and social change• Marketing, brand, communications and narrative strategy• CX, EX, UX and service design• Diversity and inclusion initiatives• Strategic foresight, strategic planning, policy and innovationMy work is driven an endless curiosity about how we humans think and act, individually and in groups/systems, in ways that are rationally irrational, possibly predictable and reliably surprising.It's also motivated by a desire to meaningfully contribute to making the world world the more just, generative, thriving and joyous place it can be.Alongside research & strategy, I'm stretching into mahi on the inner and inter- work of systems change, coaching teams and individuals to cultivate the resource and imaginative intelligence needed to make the changes they want to see and be in the world. I'm also studying part-time towards a Master in Indigenous Studies to support re-indigenisation and my responsibilities as Tangata Moana and Tangata Tiriti.
