• Develop the product roadmap and strategy for mainstream product lines globally.• Drive strategic product differentiation and orchestrating key product proposition for value innovation and sustainable competitive advantage from concept to new product introduction, while establishing financially viable business case for optimum group profit turnover, revenue, and profit margins.• Represent the voice of the consumer – acquire insight to the needs / wants of different target consumer groups and derive the corresponding features and benefits

* Organise activities for Junior & Spouse members, Running Club & Cycling club, * Organize events such as Millennium Countdown Party at Orchard, Sheares Bridge Run, Runway Cycling, National Speed Climbing Competition, Golf tournaments and others.* Conceptualise and plan the programme, budget, pricing, and execution of the events.* Manage and execute logistics planning, membership drive, sponsorship for prizes and goodies bags, and invitations for Guest-of-Honours.* Develop marketing collaterals for events.* Write-ups to be published in SAFRA magazines such as Nsmen quarterly magazines
