I was the sole point of contact and manager of clients' accounts with MultiView, with a focus on customer relationship management. I oversaw clients' digital advertising projects from the point of sale to execution, and provided service throughout the campaign. This included discussing campaign strategy/optimization, and presenting campaign reports to.

I was responsible for managing clients’ advertising campaigns, as the primary liaison between them and our sales representatives. I coordinated with our internal designers and the clients, to capture the desired messaging, while also handling the implementation of the advertising campaigns. Managed client accounts, from adjusting information relating to documenting, and verifying estate files. This would also include responding to and resolving incoming client requests regarding outstanding payments and account balances.

Tasks involved creating and processing mortgage & loan payout statements for clients, handling discharged mortgages, and closing deposit accounts. Worked directly with lawyers and clients, regarding details of client liabilities.

Collaborated with various department leadership teams to enhance business operations and company procedures. Presented findings in weekly meetings with upper management.
