• Make contracts with clients of DIRECT REDUCED IRON (A) Briquettes, hot-molded and Direct reduced Iron (C) by products fines on FOB terms, and make tracking for later delivery.• Coordinate that the documents for shipping permits are carried out (Customs and drugs) and are ready at the moment of arrival the vessels in order to start the loading operations.• Inform to the management team (Production Manager, Materials Manager, Quality Manager, Surveyor and Presidency) everything related to shipments at the beginning, on the process and at the end of the loads.• Carry out all the documentation for delivery to the captains of the ships, for the beginning of the loads as well as the final documentation.• Coordinate the preparation and delivery of the documents of each shipment to the costumer.• Make the delay/dispatch calculations (Laytime) for each export to agree with the client the times used, for payment or collection.• Prepare reports with the results of the management.• Make the Annual Sales Budget, according to the production budget.• Coordinate and monitor the reception of imports of parts, spare parts and materials required by the plant and coordinate transportation logistics to their arrival and reception at the mill.

• Develop opportunities for Contract Logistics products brought forward by commercial teams.• Coordinate with solution team to provide pricing on opportunities brought forward by commercial teams.• Lead shipment tenders with suppliers to achieve the best sales opportunities for the company.• Request and review the letters of credit, verifying the required documents and the terms provided in the negotiation, in order to request the necessary amendments to the clients for the preparation of the documents.•Control and review the issuance of customs declarations, correction letters andacknowledgment acts of export dispatches, in order to support exports and subsequentlydeliver the documents to government entities.• Coordinate and supervise the timely delivery of documents to CADIVI and the Central Bank of Venezuela.• Supervise the production of the permits required to carry out exports in established commercial agreements in order to comply with the customs, credit and clearance requirements of the policies established by the National Executive.• Send offers / confirmations of the product to the customers.• Follow-up of payments (collections) of contracts and spot cargoes.• Prepare and submit all necessary documents and registrations for the client’s exports.• Request of ships with shipowners and follow-up of cargo operations.• Realization of the Laytime of each ship and the collection or payment of the resulting delays or dispatches.• Handling and administrate three Charter Party Contract (COAS) with first line shipowners (SMT Shipping, Bulkhandling Co. and Phoenix Cargo) in order to export all the sales.

• Lead negotiations and coordinate complex decision-making process.• Securing information flow between customer and service provider to secure the service.• Review, arrange and vet contracts in FOB, C&F and CFR terms with international carriers, ensuring that product technical standards, permits & requirements are met.• Identify and share customer strategies with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure product development is aligned to changing customer needs.• Send offers / confirmations of the product to the customers.• Prepare SOPs/SLAs with vendor to secure service quality and tools to follow up vendor ́sperformance.• Detection and recording of discrepancies on letters of credit.• Correct compliance with ISO standards.

• Working with the back-office team (part of the Global Service Centre) to ensure the quoting and booking processes deliver the best possible customer experience.• Transcription of the requested documents ensuring the correct implementation of formats, standards and requirements according to the shipping law.
