I was responsible for preparing a Leasing & Marketing Strategy for West Station (68k sqm office project, approx. 150 mln EUR MV) and Forest (78k sqm office project, approx. 205 mln EUR MV) as well as advisory on whole development process: acquisition, development, construction, design, fit-out and asset management. I have supervised a team of Leasing Managers.My selected clients included PKP S.A., PKP Intercity S.A., PKP Informatyka S.A., Philip Morris, General Electric, Merck, eTravel or Bank BPH.I have introduced Activity Based Workspace Consulting (Origameo) in Poland.I have cooperated with Warsaw School of Economics (SKN Inwestycji i Nieruchomości) while leading a series of workshops and lectures.

We have founded one of the first CRE online search engines in Poland, aiming to both accelerate and simplify the leasing transactions as well as to digitalize the processes.By the end of the project, we have delivered a fully operating online tool, subsidized by Polish Agency for Enterpise Development.

I was responsible for Tenant and Landlord representation as well as training and supervision of Property Brokers.My selected clients included Agencja Nieruchomości Rolnych, Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia, Główny Inspektorat Farmaceutyczny, Impaq, CBG International, Apple, Jeronimo Martins Polska or Kredyt Bank.
