I currently lead Brillient Health sector delivery to include FDA Professional and Technical Services BPA managing 150+ personnel across 75 task orders. Previously I led 3 major client accounts with the IRS Research, Applied Analytics, and Statistics (RAAS), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), US Department of Justice, and the Small Business Administration. I play a key role in ensuring required performance levels, managing deliverables, resolving any contract issues, and managing communications with all programs stakeholders. I also manage Brillient Quality Program ensuring Brillient CMMI Maturity Level 3 appraisal as well as ISO 9001, 20000, and 27000 certifications.

Assigned as the resident expert in the operation and maintenance of the Store Tracking and Redemption Subsystem (STARS) for the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA’s) Food and Nutrition Service (FNS). Provided entire technical, functional and programming support to client staff at the FNS, and the Benefit Redemption Support Branch (BRSB). Programmed and reviewed over 150,000 lines of COBOL and ADSO code. Managed and directed STARS Mainframe Application design, implementation, multiple upgrades and maintenance for entire system lifecycle (over 10 years). Designed and Managed Data conversion process from mainframe IDMS to SQL Server. Designed and managed Data Warehouse - Management Activity Reporting system that included conversion of mainframe IDMS data base to Oracle.
