I am very happy to share my education and experience with you.Starting from my education, my high school diploma allowed me to enter and learn about the world of food and its transformations and productions.With university my passion for food and its safety and development grew.University gave me the opportunity to understand and learn all the aspects that revolve around the food system.Below I list some of the very important knowledge acquired in my career:- A broad and detailed vision of production processes- Planning and problem solving skills- Knowledge of drafting, implementing and verifying the HACCP plan- Ability in interpreting and implementing IFS and BRC- Ability in communicating with government control and certification bodies- Knowledge of EU and Extra EU food legislation- Allergen management- Ability in managing complaints and customer loyalty- Ability to organize, plan and carry out laboratory analysis- Knowledge of the use of analytical systems, in particular NMR, HPLC, GC, FT-IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy, GC-MS.- Ability to organize and apply microbiological analysis in the correct way and read the results according to Eu and Extra EU standardsToday I am engaged in a post-graduate internship at Roberto, a food company with the Quality Control profile. Here I will have the opportunity, thanks to the the company, to put into practice more in the heart, all my knowledge and skills.However, my past work experiences have given me great opportunities for personal growth. Analyzing the most important, Ipertosano, including how to implement and verify the correct application of the HACCP plan and company standards, I learned to meticulously manage the cold chain, guaranteeing it up to the final consumer. Finally, it gave me the opportunity to understand how to best communicate with the customer and know how to manage and resolve their requests and complaints.
