All started with building it. As part of the owners and property, my task was to follow all the project, and realize it! Me and my father built a breathtaking 4 stars Hotel, named Salina, with a heartbreaker roof top with a 360° view of the city. The hotel was alive after only 30 months from the start of construction, and started on the 1° June 2021. Today, is without any doubt, the best Hotel in town, and has been recognized as such, from our clients, customers, suppliers and all the stakeholders. It's EBITDA is near the 20-30%. We invest in the construction and in the services of the Hotel by presenting our business plan to the Apulian Region (part of the Italian State ) and we were supported and financed with a 50% lost fund. We expect the breakeaven point in 5 years.My tasks were the ones of a General Manager, i mostly managed the following departments:- HR Manager: I hired 60 people within a year, guaranteeing the company low salaries and contracts in order, respecting the rights of workers, and still managing to create enormous value for the company.
