As the Commercial Director of IAS Automation, I lead the creation, modification, and update of commercial strategies for each business unit. With more than 20 years of experience in the industrial automation sector, I have developed a strong expertise in control and collaborative robotics solutions for process automation.I am passionate about building and developing high-performance teams, negotiating with transnational clients and suppliers, and developing key accounts with a customer-centric approach. I have also completed an Executive Management Program (AD-2) at IPADE Business School, where I enhanced my skills in sales, business, strategic planning, and commercial relations. My goal is to deliver value-added solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and partners.
