As part of an initiative of the Mayor London Breed to encourage more involvement from people living in public housing. SFRPD assembled the Requity team to recruit and tailor programs for SF residents most in need.

• Created an equity metric tool for the Recess Program using data from the SFRPD Master Plan and Tableau. Facilitate healthy play during recess by solving conflicts, establishing clear boundaries for games, and managing equipment.• Coached over 20 girls’, and 20 boys in a basketball league and a coed team of 15 in volleyball covering all basics and in-game fundamentals • Escorted every class of a school of over 300 students into community building/ physical education games during the school day- planned curriculum and lessons being learned in the classroom.
