I report to the Valve Division CEO.General Managers of the Foreign subsidiaries report to me.I repond to the CEO for the subsidiaries' financial perfomances.

Reporting to the then Private Shareholder, and on the Board of Directors.Main Accomplishments:• Resolved excess labour problem (Solidarity Contract)• Developed internal HR function together with payroll• Reoganization of the accounting department ( Introduction ACG )• Developed Management control systems• Initiated internationalisation: - License Agreement with a Japanese Group, market leader in €urope - Set-up of foreign subsidiaries; France, Germany, China, India and USA - Supplier development in China , resulting substantial cost reductions - Strategic partnerships with international players
