Main achievements:• Led the successful implementation of SEPA and ISO20022 projects in UBS Eurozone locations. • Developed and expanded the offerings of FX payments in 85 additional currencies.• Represented the Swiss banking community and UBS in different industry forums such as EBA SMART (SEPA Migration Action Round Table) and the SIX SCT (Swiss SEPA Credit Transfer) respectively.

Entrusted with the lead of several high-profiled projects related to the new generation of reporting platforms for institutional clients in the area of cash and Investment Reporting, The projects directly enabled the improvement of client experience and contributed to a substantial increase on the number of custody mandates won.Main achievements:• Led the analysis, vendor selection, and implementation of UBS’s new investment reporting platform (UBS Asset Wizard).• Implemented an automated feed of clients’ asset portfolio data into the UBS risk management web tool for professional clients (UBS Delta) enabling the clients to more sustainably manage their portfolios and simulate different risk scenarios.

Managed and developed the CLS Third Party product offering, which provides clients the possibility to eliminate settlement risk and improve their liquidity efficiency when settling FX transactions over CLS via UBS. The role demanded high degree of interaction with specialist in the areas of foreign exchange, IT, settlement and credit risk, intraday liquidity and cash‐pooling solutions in the enhancement and expansion of this offering.Main achievements: • Expanded the CLS Third Party service offering towards the corporate and other institutional client segments of UBS Switzerland (previously restricted to banks only).• Defined a new pricing model for the settlement of foreign exchange transactions in CLS Bank, which led to a significant increase in revenue. • Led the implementation of configurable risk measurement tools to be used by clients within the UBS cash management online solution (UBS KeyLink).
