I lead projects from their inception to their execution. After I had gained a strong technical background in the IT area of competence, I focused on the CRM system, and its huge variety of applications. My working experience allowed me to improve my functional skill set until I gained a business point of view: “to speak the same language” with both developers and clients was precious in order to become my Team's point of reference and the interface for our stakeholders.As a Project Manager, I recognize the activities to be done on the basis of my client's needs, then I tailor the plan to reach our Scope, according to the available resources, managing the professionals (internal or external) to be involved, too.My daily work includes my clients' business processes empowerment through an accurate mapping in the CRM system, starting from what is currently in place to get to new potential opportunities for improvement that can be reached.
