This role entailed providing technical support, troubleshooting and 24x7 emergency on call on Marconi SDH equipment for many international and domestic Telco customers. During this time, I acted as the sole main point of contact for Ericsson with responsibility for monthly ticket reports and updates. This role also required me to write technical upgrade procedures for SDH DXC product range and carryout pre-release system proving verification testing for NG-SDH multiservice technology in Marconi labs in Genova.
