Security Director: I was tapped to be the key security leader, in order to exemplify the St. Joseph health system values while supporting the mission and vision of the organization. I was the Assistant Case Manager: at an Orange County (California) residential reentry center (RRC), also known as halfway houses, to provide assistance to inmates who are nearing release. RRCs provide a safe, structured, supervised environment, as well as employment counseling, job placement, financial management assistance, and other programs and services.
