Home health: I care for home bound patients that included very age patients to infants on breathing apparatuses/ ventilators; telephone nurse advisory line at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. Work experienced screening in-coming call, answering customer's questions, performed a variety of office automation and general clerical duties in support of the organization, used computer with applicable software to enter data into patients recording attempts contacts made by nursing staff, computerized software and printing equipment to create documentation, acknowledging and retrieving messages from call centers voicemail referring them to the charge nurse. I communicated and instructed new parents of Tel-a-Nurse support system available to them, educated new mothers on breast and/or bottle feeding, new parents on proper care of an infant, and on signs of infection and/or hemorrhage.

Work included prisoner intake and correctional nurse, which required sturdy and accurate workmanship due to the hostile environment.
