At IDEC I have been following multiple ERASMUS+ projects in the area of education (digital competences, lifelong learning), sustainability and inclusion. My support for the projects is transversal according to the needs of the partnership: Project Management, outputs development, quality assurance and dissemination efforts. Partners with which I work and I am currently in contact span from all over the European Union as well as some Asian ones (Turkey, Malaysia, Indonesia and Pakistan). The programs under which the projects have received funding are usually Erasmus+ (KA2 Strategic Partnership, Alliances for Innovation and COVE) but also AMIF (Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund).

My support for European Projects is transversal: I have been working on all the project phases, from the drafting, management, quality assurance etc. The main area of the projects are Erasmus+ targeting education in different sectors: lifelong learning, digital skills, sustainability, traineeships and so forth.

As Director of this team, my tasks expand from the previous role of mere Treasurer to a more comprehensive and strategic approach to the financial growth and expansion of Mondo Internazionale. Now we are looking coherently not only at the status of the economic assets of the Association but we put in direct contact our current and expected liquidity with the opportunities granted by the most widely available tools for fund-raising: donations, tenders, grants and other public and private contract-based form of remunerative cooperation.

As the Treasurer, my goal is to ensure a transparent and sustainable management of the financial and economic resources of the Association. In practice, this means the preparation of the balance sheets for the fiscal years 2020-2021 for all the expenses of Mondo Internazionale, as well as account expenses made in the context of specific project ("Academy Young", for the call "La Lombardia è dei Giovani 2020", ID. 2289479). Furthermore, I handle the payments and the issuance of reimbursement in favour of both internal and external collaborators. As part of the Administration of the Association, I collaborate on a daily basis with the other Directors in order to ensure a smooth execution of the strategic guidelines for a sustainable growth of Mondo Internazionale.

As a research assistant, my main task was to retrieve information according to different sector of the Japanese market on which I was assigned. Such information would involve yearly report, statistics and raw data. Then, it was my job to analyse and put it in a logical and coherent structure so that it could be easily red. The goal was to provide accessible, up-to-date information and news on the state of the market and on eventual opportunities for European SMEs to catch. After having checked the economic report on the specific sector I was assigned to for the task, it was then uploaded on the EU - Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation, where affiliated European SMEs could check for an initial approach to the Japanese market.
