- Enhancement and protection of the archival, library and documentary heritage.- Enhancement and support of the cultural and historical-artistic events organised, to which all promotional activities, both cultural and touristic, refer.- Enhancement of front-office activities of cultural containers, providing information on cultural and tourist events, also in collaboration with local producers and associations.

I was in charge of handling correspondence and its delivery.In carrying out these tasks I have developed and honed certain attitudes such as: - punctuality- attention to detail- problem solving skills;- organisational and relational skills;- customer contact;- timeline management.

The aim of the traineeship was to carry out research, studies, analysis and processing of data useful for in-depth analysis of the dossiers dealt with by each office. More specifically: - preparation of press reviews - managing the Embassy's social networks; - maintaining the website; - drafting verbal notes and reports; - organisation of events and their external projection; - translation of documents; - production of documents concerning the press, consular and economic sectors; - participation in some institutional meetings.

Specifically for activities aimed at promoting internationalization opportunities, support, guidance and assistance to incoming and outgoing students for a period of exchange and mobility during the academic years 2018/2019 and 2019/2020, at the University of Parma.
