- Facilitate presentations about ACCESS and Dutch culture to events for internationals and companies

- Organise and facilitate the Café Emploi in The Hague. We are advising and coaching French-speaking jobseekers to set them up to success.- Organise and facilitate the yearly event Objectif Emploi: workshops and presentations related to job searching, 20 service providers, 100+ participants

- Assist Shell expatriates and repatriates and their families on the move, in coordination with the HR department, and answer any question from Shell employees and spouses worldwide on the Netherlands- Update and maintain client database- Organise events facilitated by external speakers and of in-house events=> Organisation of the Outpost The Hague Fair 2018: panel discussion with very high-profile speakers, 15 service providers, 130+ participants

- Translation from English to French and Spanish of publications : annual reports, entry forms, Wikipedia's articles, etc.

- Assistance to Shell expatriates and their families on the move, in coordination with the HR Department- Answer any question from Shell employees and spouses worldwide on Belgium- Set-up briefing documentation- Report annually to the Head-Office in The Hague

- Portfolio management for an amount of 150 M€- Study and analysis of the companies in the Chemical, Petroleum and Utilities sectors- Participation in the working group Methodology with the aim to optimize the work of the portfolio managers (use of computer tools, procedures)=> Overperformance in stockpicking in the sectors I analyse in comparison to reference index

- Management and training of a team of 13 brokers dedicated to the British, Spanish, German, Italian and French customers trading in the stock markets- Analysis, treatment and reporting of the customers' complaints and internal and technical problems- Member of the migration plan team for our orders transmission on the foreign markets (NYSE and NASDAQ, Madrid). Supervision of the technical tools set-up and its technical testing sessions.=> Technical training of the FIX protocol (Financial Information eXchange) to work as intermediary between French, Spanish and American brokers in the establishment of common system norms.
