Supported safety and physical security of all Equifax property and its employees through global security monitoring. Navigated various access control software systems while collaborating with field technicians, engineers, programmers and physical security managers to resolve any camera and access control issues (badging, turnstyles, scan pad, rex scanner). Used open media outlets to monitor any precieved dangers to Equifax (weather, fire, terrorism, medical, traffice, air travel) Provided high-level investigative support and documentation.

Responsible for Creating, assigning, dispatching and updating work order tickets for field technician nationwide working in the Spring/Nextel/Verizon networks. Used a client scheduler program to coordinate the schedules of said technicians.. Handled inbound calls in a call center-like environment.

Provided Control Room /Operation/Monitoring along with building accountability and physic security for a Leading Medical Facility and Prominent Insurance Company. Maintained a daily work and activity log. Made daily accountability checks with co-workers throughout the duration of the shift. Ensured that all employees made it safely off of company campus.

I was a dispatcher for a Satellite Communications company in Atlanta. I applied knowledge of equipment operation and site equipment location to assist Field Tech in fixing problems at any particular site via radio communications. Worked with digital and analog satellite equipment including but not limited to receivers, transmitters, decoders and modulators. Able to read schematics. Was introduced to Distance Learning which is now called Video Conferencing.

Installed and maintained home cable television systems. Implemented an effective, quality method of wire installation. Performed various duties such as; ladder climbing, drilling and grounding.
