-Design marketing flyers, promotional images, announcements, web graphics and other marketing collateral -Manage and organize the storage of all marketing assets and maintain digital assets -Provide direct marketing support to onsite teams and corporate team members-Create, troubleshoot and provide support on Social Media platforms, Search Engine listing/business dashboards and map listings -Assist with onboarding communities within assigned portfolio-Review traffic reports and analyze ROI to determine which marketing efforts are effective

-Conduct professional apartment tours for stabilized and lease-up communities -Implement initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement with targetaudience-Coordinate with digital team to define target messaging and create engaging webcontent-Organize development and implementation of diverse marketing videos and socialmedia posts-Utilize systems such as Reputation, OneSite, Yardi and ILM-Contact and follow up with tenants on renewal notices-Promote property to businesses in local area through marketing collateral, phone callsand email messages-Settle tenant conflicts using persuasive communication skills and expert knowledge ofleasing agreements-Leverage sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, maintain closing ratios andexceed leasing goals
