I supervise our administrative support department, which includes our office supplies, records, reception, library, and facility. I provide tier 1 IT/computer help desk support, daily monitoring all servers and systems, as well as oversee our case management system. I train all new employees on firm systems, procedures, and services. I negotiate all administrative vendor interactions for firm. As the firm's matter intake specialist, I report on conflicts of interest for new cases, and open cleared new matters in our case management system. I also produce and manage all marketing materials for the firm, both in print & online.

I was responsible for maintaining/updating books in the library, including library satellites throughout the office. Organizing & distributing periodicals was also part of my role, as well as assisting the librarian in various research projects.

I became full time, at this point, and was responsible for managing my own file room – first the smallest, then on to the second largest. My duties included creating, maintaining, and closing files, preparation of pleadings indices and special notebooks – in several areas of law, which included bankruptcy, business/corporate, housing, and litigation. I was also in charge of space management of each file room. I ran conflicts searches for all new cases for the firm.

Originally brought on as a temp to convert the records department to a barcoding system, I was quickly hired on, part-time, in the Administrative Services Department. As an A.S. Clerk, I was responsible for sorting and distributing mail, deliveries, and faxes, stocking supplies, as well as performing various other administrative functions for our 50+ attorney firm.

I worked in conjunction with many others to produce fun & engaging short films. We also produced one full-length film. I served as 1st & 2nd Assistant Director, Producer, and Script Supervisor, among other roles.
