It was a dynamic process that involved cross-functional communication, process development, and rapid problem-solving to set up operational functions. I reported directly into the General Manager, Operations while managing the entire inbound operation. I work cross-functionally with the data science team to create inbound and outbound dashboards utilized across the operation.
