My team and I have created the only tool for employee/candidate behavioral assessment based on real decision-making in economic games instead of bias-prone and easy-to-manipulate questionnaires: Kodo People. Data-driven people decisions for the remote world.I'm a behavioral economist with multidisciplinary research interests. Expertise in the application of behavioral science to private and public organizations, in particular, to HR and Talent management in remote and distributed work. I study human behavior using economic games and apply methods from across the biological and social sciences. My research focuses primarily on human social behavior, including fairness, altruism, cooperation, and norm enforcement, but I have also worked extensively on time discounting, risk preferences, and cognitive biases. More than 50 academic and business publications, such as Proceedings of the Royal Society B, Journal of Economic Psychology, Experimental Economics, European Economic Review, Evolution and Human Behavior, Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Economics, Perspectives on Psychological Science, Economics Letters, Scientific Reports, Evolutionary Human Sciences, and The Behavioral Economics Guide.I'm Associate Editor of the Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Economics and the Journal of Behavioral Economics for Policy, and Board Member at the Society for the Advancement of Behavioral Economics (SABE) and the Society for the Advancement of Judgement and Decision-Making Studies (SEJyD). Research associate at ESI-Chapman and CRIBS-Nottingham.At Kodo People, I'm in charge of the scientific department. We apply economic games to assess the behavioral traits of employees and candidates and use that information to help organizations and their people thrive, especially in the remote world.
