My team and I have created the only tool for employee/candidate behavioral assessment based on real decision-making in economic games instead of bias-prone and easy-to-manipulate questionnaires: Kodo People. Data-driven people decisions for the remote world.I'm a behavioral economist with multidisciplinary research interests. Expertise in the application of behavioral science to private and public organizations, in particular, to HR and Talent management in remote and distributed work. I study human behavior using economic games and apply methods from across the biological and social sciences.My research focuses primarily on human social behavior, including fairness, altruism, cooperation, and norm enforcement, but I have also worked extensively on time discounting, risk preferences, and cognitive biases.
