In the frame of the strategis procurement activities at group level the Group Should Cost Analysis (GSCA) purpose is to performe evaluations about materials and equipment cost required for the EP/EPC projects of the Group's companies with the main purpose to increase the effincency in the negotiations with the vendors.Reporting to the Group Procurement VP the main activities in charge to the GSCA director are:- Definition of the team;- Definition of the Group activities;- Definition of the training plan;- Definition of the required models to perform the Should Cost analysis;- Definition of the KPIs and of the required systems to monitor;- Interfacing the stakeholders for the definition of the priorities;- Reports to the Comany's highest levels the results of the Should Cost Analysis.
